You will manage a team of repair administrators, prioritize daily tasks, and process customer repair orders in SAP, including generating quotes, purchase requisitions, and invoices. Responsibilities include handling equipment imports/exports, managing repair documentation, supporting customer contracts, and liaising with suppliers. You’ll ensure repair orders meet targets, provide first-line technical advice, and maintain regular communication with customers, attending service and review meetings as needed.
