Robit Appoints New VP for South Africa

Robit is strengthening its organisation in South Africa to support growth in this strategically important market. The company has appointed Duane Kukard as Vice President, South Africa, effective December 1, 2025. Kukard, who has served as Area Sales Manager since 2023, will lead sales and business operations following the recent move of Rumisha Chaithram to Vice President, Australasia. Kukard brings over 20 years of experience in sales management, technical support, and operational strategy within the drilling and mining sectors.

The appointment aims to build on the foundation established in the region and align with Robit’s strategic goal to enhance its position as a global supplier of drilling consumables. The leadership change reflects the company’s commitment to local expertise and ongoing market development.
