6. Documents such as NDA's are recorded and maintained of every service provider.
7. Freight Contracts and renew it on time.
8. Invoice Check List are followed and continuously upgraded as and when required.
9. actual cost of Import and export shipments.
10. Vehicle utilisation trend
11. Reporting of Freight spend
12. MIS on Sustainability topic of Vehicle optimisation and complaince of vehicle management
13. Deployment of Normet's Green Procurement Policy
