Normet Adds New Sprayers to Tunnelling Range

Normet has introduced two new concrete spraying machines for underground construction, the Spraymec 4100 and Spraymec 5100. The company says the models are designed to improve productivity, spraying quality and operational reliability across a range of tunnel sizes, from small profiles to larger sections. Both machines are equipped with Normet’s NorSmart control and diagnostics system and are compatible with the company’s digital monitoring and analytics tools.

The Spraymec 4100 is suited to essential spraying tasks in confined spaces, while the Spraymec 5100 is designed for more demanding applications with its greater vertical reach and reinforced delivery system. Features such as closed-loop control systems, low-pulsation pumps, onboard compressors and manoeuvrable booms are included to support consistent and accurate application in varying tunnelling conditions.
