Normet introduced two additions to its sprayed concrete equipment portfolio at the World Tunnelling Congress 2025 in Stockholm,: the new Spraymec 9100 for large tunnel profiles and an extended boom option for its existing Minimec manipulator. The company say the Spraymec 9100 is built for high-output applications and includes features such as a low-pulsation pump and an onboard compressor to support demanding sprayed concrete tasks.
Normet also announced an 8.5 m reach option for the Minimec, extending its usability in confined underground environments. The update enhances manoeuvrability while maintaining compactness and spraying precision. Both launches form part of Normet’s wider strategy to support productivity and adaptability in a broad range of tunnelling scenarios.
“The World Tunnelling Congress is a perfect platform to launch these expansions to both ends of our sprayer offering. The Minimec update sets a benchmark for efficiency and precision in confined spaces, while the Spraymec 9100 delivers powerful, high-quality spraying in demanding large-scale tunnelling projects,” said Toni Huttunen, Product Line Director of Tunnelling Sprayers at Normet.
