Bobcat Launches New PG40 and PG50 Portable Generators for European Market

Bobcat has introduced the PG40 and PG50 portable generators, designed to offer enhanced performance and fuel efficiency. Powered by Stage V D24 engines and equipped with Stamford alternators, these new models provide increased power output while maintaining lower fuel consumption. The PG50 delivers 50 kVA prime power, and the PG40 provides 40 kVA, both benefiting from a compact design and optional factory-mounted running gear for improved mobility on job sites.

The generators also feature the 'Liquid Heat' low-load management system, which helps extend engine life by handling lighter loads efficiently. Additionally, their quiet operation, low noise levels, and environmental features, such as a bunded base for fluid containment, contribute to operational convenience and sustainability.

Bobcat’s dealer network supports the PG40 and PG50 models, offering warranty coverage and technical training. The company also notes that engine service for the new models will be handled directly by Bobcat's network, without third-party involvement.
