Epiroc Restructures to Boost Growth Focus

Epiroc has announced a major change to its Group Management structure, introducing two new Business Areas—Equipment & Service and Tools & Attachments—effective September 1, 2025. The move aims to streamline operations and create a more agile organization as the company continues its global expansion in the mining and infrastructure sectors.

The restructuring will reduce the Group Management team from 13 to six members, with Division Presidents now reporting to the respective Business Area Presidents. Jess Kindler and José Manuel Sánchez will lead the new divisions, both bringing extensive internal experience and international leadership backgrounds.
