Wirtgen W 210 XF Delivers Advanced Milling Performance

Wirtgen has introduced its latest large milling machine, the W 210 XF, to international markets including the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan and Taiwan. Available since January 2025, the machine is designed for a wide range of applications, from surface layer rehabilitation to fine milling, and offers high daily output suited for major infrastructure projects such as highways, airports and arterial roads. With a John Deere engine rated at 580 kW and the DUAL SHIFT two-speed powershift transmission, the model delivers both efficiency and flexibility in demanding milling conditions.

The W 210 XF integrates Wirtgen’s MILL ASSIST control system, which automatically balances performance and operating costs, while offering selectable strategies for cost efficiency, quality or output. Quick-change systems allow for different milling drum configurations in minutes, giving operators greater adaptability and reducing downtime. Additional features such as WPT Milling for automated documentation and LEVEL PRO ACTIVE for precise levelling further enhance productivity, sustainability and accuracy on site.
