Markus Dinslacken Joins BASF Coatings Division

Markus Dinslacken, formerly Chief Human Resources Officer at Fresenius Kabi AG, will assume the role of Managing Director at BASF Coatings GmbH on September 1. In his new position, Dinslacken will also oversee the Global People & Culture Coatings unit. His career has spanned various roles in human resources management and IT across notable companies such as Henkel Group, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Fresenius Kabi.

Mathias Schöttke, who has been Managing Director and Labor Director at BASF Coatings since June 1, 2021, will transition to a new role as Managing Director at the German Federation of Chemical Employers' Associations (BAVC). Schöttke has also been responsible for People & Culture globally during his tenure at BASF Coatings.
