ZCORE Development of Automatic Digging and Loading System for Wheel Loaders

Hitachi Construction Machinery is developing automating wheel loaders. The purpose is to reduce operator fatigue and improve productivity by saving labor at the work site.

According to the operator's instructions, the wheel loader repeats an operations process, from digging at a specified position to automatically traveling along the route and loading at the target position.
